Angie has broad oversight of all HR matters for the organization, including talent acquisition. Additionally, she is responsible for the administration of all employee benefits and insurance, coordinating reviews and managing compensation, along with aggressive recruiting across all divisions within Equity. Angie is focused on accelerating Equity’s human capital growth while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Angie brings her past experiences as a talent acquisition manager, human resources manager, and other forms of in-company leadership to Equity’s own leadership team.
Angie earned her Bachelor of the Arts degree from The Ohio State University.
