Real Estate Property Manager
Real estate Company specializing in healthcare properties is seeking an experienced property manager with eight to ten years of office building management experience. We are looking for a professional manager who can interface with tenant executives and clients, provide clear and concise reporting, understand property financials, and run a productive meeting. Specifically, this person must:
-Have healthcare property experience
-Have high-rise office and large central plant experience
-Have a strong educational background with either an RPA or CPM designation.
-Have substantial proficiency as a Microsoft Office user.
-Have an Ohio real estate license.

The properties being managed will be in the combined greater Cincinnati, Middletown and Dayton areas.
