Bruce Heisler brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience to his role as Development Officer at Equity. He is responsible for identifying opportunities for clients throughout the Southeast. He leads the project team through the development process including site selection and acquisition, constraint analysis, due diligence, municipal approvals, design and construction, marketing and lease/sale negotiations.
Prior to joining Equity, Bruce has held senior responsibility roles in organizations handling commercial real estate assignments on a national basis. Initiatives included sales, acquisitions, leasing, asset/property management and development of real estate portfolios. He has completed over 300 transactions of varied types totaling over $400 million dollars.
Bruce obtained a Master of Business Finance degree from Argosy University in Tampa, Florida.
He attained his Bachelor of Science from the School of Business Administration at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a Florida licensed real estate broker and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM).
Bruce is married with two children and lives in Tampa. He enjoys outdoor sports and recreational activities
