Rocio Diaz

Rocio Diaz is an advisor for Equity. Her wide range of capabilities include commercial property leasing, management, new development, and construction with an emphasis on tenant representation and medical office.

During the last 10 years, Rocio has served in the San Antonio and surrounding areas in several different positions that resulted in diverse talents and vast experience. She started her professional career with Nationwide as a licensed insurance agent helping to insure homes, vehicles, boats, RV’s, motorcycles, and more. After that she transitioned to a leasing agent for a large apartment complex and went on to become licensed in the state of Texas as a real estate sales agent in 2019. She started in residential real estate and initially worked in apartment locating, house rental tenant representation, lead generation, marketing, and chose a niche in new home construction.

After being introduced to the medical side of real estate, Rocio decided to shift her real estate focus to healthcare commercial real estate and began working in her role as a Broker Administrator in April of 2021. Rocio has supported both the San Antonio and Austin Brokerage Teams and is proficient in the fields of researching market data, creating, and distributing marketing brochures, and preparing property owner reports. She also handles lease and contract administration, client and tenant relations, database management, commission processing, and assists with property tours.

On her free time, Rocio enjoys spending time with her loved ones, volunteering at the San Antonio Food Bank, checking out local eateries, attending concerts, and taking her daughter and husky to walk nature trails.
