David has over 25 years of experience in healthcare planning, design, construction, development, and operations. He has worked on ambulatory and outpatient facilities, laboratories, and acute care environment projects that include hospitals and large-scale medical centers. His experience ranges from greenfield sites to renovations within occupied healthcare spaces such as sterile processing departments, pharmacies, neonatal intensive care units, and surgical suites.
David manages all aspects of program management including real estate development, master planning, strategic initiatives, capital development projects, design, construction, and activation. His experience in project logistics, budgeting, cost management, scheduling, and construction knowledge ensures that client and investor goals are achieved during both the development of the project as well as operations and asset management.
David has worked in various roles which has led to his diversity of experience. As a Project Executive for a large national construction company, he worked with key stakeholders on projects of more than $250M. His most recent role was as Director of Capital Projects for a national healthcare real estate firm where he provided program management to various development projects. In addition, he has experience working for one of the largest healthcare systems in the nation where he managed capital projects and facility improvements. David earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, is active in multiple real estate and healthcare organizations and is an emergency volunteer with Samaritan’s Purse.
