Will is an Associate on Equity’s Market Strategy team, where he supports both the firm’s national healthcare brokerage platform and its affiliated investment arm, Equity Velocity Funds. His work spans real estate analytics, capital raising, competitive positioning, and transaction execution. He has helped drive real estate strategy nationally for providers across urgent care, behavioral health, dental, and ophthalmology. He plays a key role in national de novo rollouts and portfolio management, leading demographic analysis, site selection, and deal structuring for high-growth clients saving, them time and money. On the principal side, he has experience sourcing investment opportunities for Equity Velocity Funds and has led capital raising efforts that resulted in substantial equity contributions.

He is actively involved in deal sourcing, negotiations, and investor presentations, offering a balanced perspective shaped by both advisory and principal-side experience. Will first joined Equity as a Summer Intern, continued part-time through his final semester at Ohio State, and upon graduation joined the team full time. He also spent two semesters as a Fall and Spring Analyst at Stonehenge Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm based in Columbus. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Finance and a minor in Quantitative Economics. Raised in Westerville and now living in Dublin, Ohio, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and following the stock market.
