Jason is a sales and leasing advisor at Equity. He leverages his vast real property valuation and advisory services experience, dating back to the late 1990s, and his national property tax consulting expertise to assist business owners and investors make smarter, more profitable real estate moves. As an Ohio Certified General Real Property Appraiser Jason has experience in valuing a wide range of property types including commercial/industrial vacant land, multi-unit apartments, retail, office, industrial, and numerous special purpose commercial asset types. When his clients, which include local family businesses, banks and credit unions, institutional investors, city and county government, and regional health systems need a commercial real estate professional he is the one they have come to rely on. Jason brings a rare depth of market insight and analytical expertise to every transaction with a meticulous understanding of property metrics and a results-driven, client-focused approach. He understands that honesty and integrity is central to building long-term professional relationships with clients and customers. Jason knows how to identify opportunities, price property accurately, market strategically, and negotiate with confidence—helping clients unlock maximum value and make informed investment decisions to deliver outcomes that exceed expectations. Jason graduated from Antioch University, Yellow Springs, Ohio with a degree in Management and Sinclair Community College, Dayton, Ohio with an Associate Degree in Real Estate and Property Management. Jason holds the Ohio and Kentucky Certified General Appraiser credential and is an Indiana Level III Certified Assessor/Appraiser.
