Neal S. Passman is a seasoned sales leader and commercial real estate professional with more than 40 years of experience in business development and revenue growth. A Kansas native who attended the University of Kansas School of Business, Neal built a distinguished career with Shaw Industries, a Berkshire Hathaway company, where he rose to Regional Vice President of Sales. He managed a $50 million region across multiple states and Canada, consistently driving year-over-year growth and leading high-performing sales teams. After earning his real estate license in 2022, Neal transitioned into commercial real estate with the Outlier Group, where he specializes in client relationships, property sourcing, due diligence, and negotiating letters of intent.
