Equity Florida Advisor Recognized For a 5.3 Million Investment Sale

A Pennsylvania-based individual investor acquired a portion of the Shoppes of Poinciana
at 4630-4650 Old Pleasant Hill Road in Poinciana, Florida, from a local owner for over
$5.33 million, or about $423 per square foot.
The 12,600-square-foot, multi-tenant retail strip is home to Verizon Wireless, Mattress
Firm and several inline tenants. The investment sale closed at a 6.51% capitalization
rate.
Anthony Bernabe with Equity LLC represented the seller and was the sole broker on the
sale.
