Brooke Fields serves as the Corporate Controller at Equity | ECS, where she leads the firm’s accounting and financial operations, including financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, treasury, and compliance. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 19 years of experience across many sectors including public accounting, insurance, industrial distribution, real estate, and construction. Her background includes progressive leadership roles such as Assistant Controller, Controller, Director of Finance and Accounting, and Vice President of Accounting. Known for building and leading effective teams and driving process improvement, she fosters collaboration and engagement to achieve organizational goals. She plays a key role in maintaining Equity’s financial strength and operational excellence.
