Emily Holzer

Emily Holzer is an experienced property management professional with over 10 years of expertise in both residential and commercial property management. Emily worked in the REIT field as a Commercial Property Manager for Kimco Realty Corporation and RPT Realty, overseeing extensive commercial portfolios across Ohio and Northern Kentucky. Her responsibilities included budget management, vendor relations, large-scale capital projects, and fostering strong tenant relationships. Previously, Emily was Director of Multifamily Property Management at Commercial One Realtors, where she successfully managed multifamily and commercial properties, supervised teams, and implemented strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Linguistics from The Ohio State University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent. Additionally, Emily is a longtime volunteer with the Adaptive Sports Coalition’s winter ski program.
