Kerry Tribble serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Equity ECS.. In this role, she drives operational excellence by overseeing day-to-day operations, financial management, and human resources. She is also integral to corporate strategy and leads cross-functional teams on high-impact construction and real estate projects nationwide. With over 20 years of experience, Kerry’s background spans diverse sectors including real estate, healthcare, insurance, and government services. Her extensive prior leadership roles include Chief Administrative Officer, Chief People Officer, Chief of Staff, Director of HR & Benefits, and Program Change Manager. Kerry is known for her “people-first leadership”, a philosophy that aligns operations with organizational growth to deliver scalable, client-focused solutions.
