With nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Jaimine Johnson has built a distinguished career centered on brokerage growth, strategic leadership, and operational excellence. As Managing Director of Brokerage, she leads advisor recruitment and the expansion of brokerage services across the Columbus, Cincinnati, Tampa, and Orlando markets. Known for her collaborative leadership style and market expertise, Jaimine has consistently driven growth initiatives while fostering high-performing teams and long-term client relationships.
Before joining Equity, Jaimine served as Director of Commercial Operations, Leasing, and Sales for DRK, where she helped shape and execute long-term strategies for the company’s commercial asset division. During her tenure, she oversaw more than $225 million in assets, with a strong focus on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and overall profitability.
Jaimine’s leadership and industry impact have earned widespread recognition. She was named a GlobeSt. Women of Influence in 2026 and was recognized as a Columbus REALTORS® Director from 2023 through 2025. She also served in a Commercial Realtor-At-Large role on the Columbus REALTORS® Board of Directors from 2023 to 2024. In addition, she was appointed to the 2024 Commercial Advisory Board and selected to serve on the 2024 Strategic Planning Committee for Ohio REALTORS®. NAIOP Board Member. Her accomplishments have also led to recognition as one of the “Top 20 to Know in Real Estate” and “Top 20 Women in Business” by Columbus Business First, as well as one of the “10 Most Successful Businesswomen to Watch” in 2022.
Prior to DRK, Jaimine held leadership roles with Colliers and Huntington National Bank, serving as First Vice President of the Healthcare Real Estate Group and Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate, respectively. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her industry influence and transaction success, including being named a Costar Power Broker in 2014 and earning placement among the “Top 100 in Real Estate” in 2021.
