My laser focus is on the ownership side of retail real estate. I serve as a trusted extension of ownership, giving each asset the focused attention, proactive pursuit, and responsible stewardship its owner would provide if time and capacity were unlimited. My aim is simple: The owner/landlord keeps control of the asset while transferring the workload, follow throughs, and mental burden to someone they trust, buying them time and energy that competes for their attention with their businesses, investments, families, and other responsibilities.

I take ownership of the execution required to move an objective forward. My areas of expertise include landlord and seller representation, land and investment valuation, asset repositioning, retail and restaurant investment sales, and market and trend analysis.
