Todd Dicken serves as the Director of Development Operations leading high impact commercial projects across 26 states. With over 20 years of experience, Todd’s background spans real estate development, project management, international humanitarian projects, and multi‑agency coordination. He drives delivery excellence by overseeing development strategy, owner’s representation, project management, and program management for complex, multistate development programs. He is integral to organizational operations and works closely with cross functional teams to streamline processes, strengthen contractor performance, and accelerate speed‑to‑delivery. Todd is known for his people first leadership, a philosophy centered on empowering teams, fostering trust, and aligning operational systems with organizational growth. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Ethics from Cincinnati Christian University.
