Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming members of IREM Columbus to TruePointe for an engaging and informative walking tour of the district—and it did not disappoint.
A Firsthand Look at TruePointe
The event kicked off with opening remarks from Kerry Tribble, COO of Equity Commercial Real Estate Solutions, setting the stage for an inside look at the vision and collaboration behind the project.
Attendees then had the opportunity to experience TruePointe up close, gaining insight into the planning, development, and execution of one of Central Ohio’s most dynamic mixed-use destinations.
Guiding the tour were:
- Joanne Centa, Senior Project Manager at Equity Construction Solutions
- Sarah Freiheit, Development Associate
- Emily Holzer, Director of Property Management
Together, they walked the group through key areas of the campus, sharing expertise across construction, development, and property management. From site planning to tenant experience, the tour highlighted the collaborative approach that brings projects like TruePointe to life.
Conversations, Connections, and Community
Following the tour, guests gathered at Equity’s headquarters for a relaxed happy hour, where conversations continued and new connections were made. It was a great way to reflect on the tour while strengthening relationships within the commercial real estate community.
