TruePointe Development
TruePointe is a new mixed-use development featuring Class-A offices, on-site restaurants, retail, and 359 luxury apartment units. The project is expected to host approximately 2,000 daytime employees and offers easy vehicular access to I-270 with excellent visibility. Traffic counts include 117,386 vehicles per day along I-270 and 13,773 vehicles per day along Trueman Boulevard (ODOT 2023). The development also features over 2,000 parking spaces across both garages and surface lots, a strong demographic profile with a $103,167 median household income within a one-mile radius, and an on-site Hilton Home2 Suites hotel offering 107 guest rooms.
Vine Street Bar
This mixed-use building includes a restaurant and bar on the first floor. The second floor is a two-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom unit with individual access from the rear on the second floor. Also on the third floor and mezzanine, is a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit with access from Vine Street. The project consisted of converting an existing three-story, wood framed building into a four-story steel, and precast mixed-use space. During the renovation, two exterior walls were left intact that were tied into another adjacent building.
