1988: The Genesis of The Equity 360° Advantage

Steve Wathen’s original vision for Equity was to become a national, full-service commercial real estate company.
Starting as Equity Concepts Realty in 1987, offering only real estate brokerage and property management services, Steve sought to add other service lines as soon as feasible.
By 1990, development and construction were added to the service delivery platform. This was the genesis of what we now call The Equity 360° Advantage.
Since 1990, the platform has expanded to include numerous functions including asset management, program management, financial analytics and an in-house legal department among others.
