Brady Sanford

Brady, a resident of Rock Hill, SC, comes to Equity from Jon Versen Appraisals where he served as an apprentice, and was also the owner of his own business, Sanford Enterprises, LLC. As founder of Sanford Enterprises he was responsible for the leasing of three rental condominiums as well as conducting research to identify additional investment opportunities. Brady was an assistant property manager for Paul Properties in Elgin, SC, where he handled all aspects of property management for residential properties in the northeast Columbia region.

Brady is a graduate of the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, which he attended on a University Scholars Scholarship. He graduated with a BS in Business Administration and a Spanish Minor. He is a Senior Notary Public and a member of the Peidmont Regional Association of Realtors. Brady has his NC provisional real estate broker license as well as his SC real estate salesman license.
