Ron began his real estate career in accounting.  He worked for a CPA firm that specialized in accounting for real estate partnerships.  After obtaining his CPA license, he moved to Dayton and worked for a Danis Properties, a local real estate developer.  After earning a Masters degree he was a marketing manager for Deloitte and Touche and Lexis Nexis.

In 2004, he became a Commercial Realtor and started his first commercial real estate development venture.  His experience in selling, financing, management, purchasing and leasing of commercial real estate is a significant benefit to his clients.  Ron understands that buying/selling or leasing real estate is an important decision that involves both personal and business issues.

 

He invests time with his clients to understand their needs, before recommending solutions.  Also, he understands that there are many important variables to consider when contemplating a commercial real estate transaction.  Including taxes(real estate, payroll, personal) community financial incentives, loans, customers, demographics, zoning, traffic patterns and parking.  Ron offers wisdom and insight throughout the entire process to ensure that his client’s needs are met.

Ron graduated from Emory University in Atlanta and received his Master Degree from the University of Michigan.
